You type all the details in one line &#8211; Title, Start date using Natural Language and an optional Note. If the set time implies tomorrow (less than the current time), then the start date will be automatically set to tomorrow rather than today. For example, if current time is 13:15 and the input time is 13:00, then the start date will be tomorrow. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If an event for today is required with past time (today or yesterday), then add the operator <em>today<\/em> or <em>yesterday<\/em> as set date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Examples<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>24 hours formats<ul><li>12:15 <\/li><li>18:30<\/li><li>00:10<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>US format<ul><li>12:15pm<\/li><li>12:15 pm<\/li><li>6:30am<\/li><li>6:30 am<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Today, Tomorrow and Yesterday<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The app understands the above operators. If no time is entered, then all-day events will be created. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Power user tip:<\/strong> <em>Tod <\/em>is a shortcut for <em>today, <\/em>while <em>tom<\/em> for <em>tomorrow<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Week days<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Full week day name or the 3-letters shortcut, e.g. Monday or Mon etc. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is possible to add the <em>next<\/em> or <em>following<\/em> operator to move 7 days later the calculated start date.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Weekend<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Simply write the word <em>weekend<\/em> or <em>w\/end<\/em> to get an all-day two-days event for the coming weekend. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is possible to add the <em>next<\/em> or <em>following<\/em> operator to move 7 days later the calculated start date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Count and time unit<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Add to the current date and \/ or time the specified Duration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The supported time-unit values are (singular and plural are supported):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Minutes<\/li><li>Hours <\/li><li>Days <\/li><li>Weeks <\/li><li>Months<\/li><li>Years <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Apart from the minutes and hours time units, all the rest can be combined with an optional time, before or after the input date. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Examples:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Meeting 35 Minutes<\/li><li>Meeting 1 hour <\/li><li>Meeting 3 days <\/li><li>Meeting 3 days 8:00<\/li><li>Meeting 8:00 3 days <\/li><li>Meeting 1 week<\/li><li>Meeting 3 weeks <\/li><li>Meeting 5 months <\/li><li>Meeting 2 years<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Note: it is not possible to make a combination of time units currently, for example 2 years 3 months 1 day. If you are interested in this feature please <a href=\"https:\/\/bluewhitemarionette.com\/index.php\/one-liner-entry\/contact-onelinerentry\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"19\">let us know<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Next or Following Operators<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Further to the before mentioned scenarios, <em>next<\/em> or <em>following<\/em> can be combined with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>week<\/li><li>month<\/li><li>year<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The time is optional (all-day event). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Count, month name and year<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Specify a number, the month&#8217;s name (full name or 3-letters shortcut) and optionally the year (2 or 4 digits).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Examples:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>10 September 18:00<\/li><li>20 Oct<\/li><li>25 Dec 2024<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">For Power users<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>It is possible to simply add only a number which is being interpreted as the number of minutes in the future from the current time &#8211; no need for input date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For example, <em>Cook lasagna 20 <\/em>will create an entry in 20 minutes from now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Any number of minutes is allowed &#8211; it will be automatically converted to the expected future time. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Default values<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Alert times<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>For events with start time: 30 minutes before the due time<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For all-day events: 16 hours before the due time<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>* These values are not configurable with your input. They can only be updated at the confirmation dialog. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Note: in iOS Settings for the Calendar there are default values as well. It is possible to suppress the hard-coded alert times that this app generates by adding one of the following keywords (case insensitive)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>NOAL<\/li><li>NOALERT<\/li><li>NA<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Event duration<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>45 minutes <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>* Not configurable at the moment with your input.
